How They Work

Carbon film uses carbon particles embedded in multiple layers to block infrared heat. It's non-metallic (so it won't interfere with GPS, cell signal, or radar detectors), delivers a matte finish, and holds its color well over time without fading to purple like dyed films.

Ceramic film uses nano-ceramic particles — no metal, no carbon dye — to block heat and UV at a molecular level. It's the most optically clear technology available, offers the highest IR rejection rates, and is the gold standard for heat performance.
